FeedbackWorking as a Financial Manager in an american company I was responsible not only for the financial siuation in the office but also for the relationships between my employees. During the years of professional career I realized that success in office depends more on the relationships among employees than on anything else. That is why I decided to offer my employees an opportunity to learn how to live a real professional life and to improve the atmosphere in the office by enhancing relationships among employees. We all went on a seminar of team building conducted by highly experienced and educated professionals under the supervision of Dr. Denisa Legac. The seminar took place in Pisa what was of the outmost impotance because already in the beginning the motivation and interest in coming to seminar was very high.Pisa was charming and the results we obtained astonishing. After only a day the employees were so overwhelmed by positive energy that I couldnt recognize them. Two weeks of intensive conduct were more than enough to build steady relationships and sound working environment. Now, when we are back in the office we all use to talk more, chat about how awesome time we spent together. Working efficiency has much improved because employees realized all the good things they did not know before either about themselves or about their colleagues. I am highly grateful to the stuff that organized seminars and to dr. Legac who succeeded to retrieve the best from each of my employees giving them motivation and strength for further improving in both their professional life as well as their private life.
